USEC has a long history of providing high quality education through its two operating divisions: Western Career College (“Western”) and Apollo College (“Apollo”). The Company currently has more than 8,500 students enrolled at 17 campuses located in high-growth markets. Most of the Company’s campuses are in areas that are growing in population at twice the national rate. Western currently has eight locations clustered in northern California. The nine Apollo campuses are located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
